The Assurance Package 2026 is the final part of Singapore’s multi-year cost-of-living relief initiative planned to help households manage the impact of the GST increase and inflation. The program has provided cash, vouchers, rebates, and CPF top-ups. As of 2026, the majority of cash programs have ended, however, certain benefits are still helping families.
Why the Assurance Package is Beneficial
The Assurance Package was designed to provide broad, automatic support of financial management with minimal to no applications. The focus was on lower- and middle-income households, seniors, and HDB residents to manage bills, grocery, and healthcare expenses and stimulate local businesses.
2026 Remaining Benefits
While the significant one-time cash payments ended in December 2025, related cash relief programs continue and are expected to remain active in 2026.

Benefits Access
Most payments from the Assurance Package are automatic. Cash benefits are directly credited to your PayNow-NRIC linked bank account. U-Save rebates are credited to your SP Services utility account. Unused rebates roll over. CDC Vouchers must be claimed by one household member using Singpass at the portal. If needed, seniors and those who require assistance can go to their Community Club.
Maximising Support
For the quickest cash transfers, link your NRIC to PayNow. Make sure to keep your contact details with the government up to date for timely communication. The SP Services app is a good way to keep track of your U-Save balance. Be sure to use CDC Vouchers before they expire at the end of 2026.
The government assistance offered through the Assurance Package 2026 is a supplement to the financial help households get through tough times through the $1 Billion Support Package.
